Returns & Refunds

 

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely happy or you have simply changed your mind, we can offer you store credit or an exchange in store.

Items must be returned in a salable condition in the original packaging within 28 working days from dispatch or order date in store.

  

• Store credits will be issued as soon as your package has been returned, if we receive your returned items damaged or worn we have the right to deny return.
• Store credit notes are valid for 4 months from the date of issue.
• The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
• The original shipping cost is non-refundable 

 

 

If the product is defective in any way, please send us a photo or two so we can correct it as quickly as possible. 

 

Please ensure you return items safely as we cannot be held responsible for items that go astray. We do not offer refunds for delivery cost, return postage cost or gift wrapping charges for returned/exchanged items.
